Changing the date of travel
You have purchased your Istanbul E-pass and set your travel dates. You then decided to change your dates. Istanbul E-pass can be used for two years from the date of purchase. The only condition is that the pass is not activated; if any reservation is made, it is canceled before the tour date.
If you already set the usage date of the pass, you need to contact with Istanbul E-pass customer support team to reset your starting date. You need to inform the team before the set date on the pass.
Changing the validation of the pass
Istanbul E-pass offers 2, 3, 5, and 7 days options. For example, you purchase 2 days and want to extend 5 days or purchase 7 days and change it to 3 days. For extension, you can contact the customer support team. The team will share the payment link. After your payment, your pass validation days will change by the team.
If you want to reduce your validation days, you can contact the customer support team. The team will check your pass and refund the amount if you use fewer days than you buy. Note that, expired passes cannot be changed. Pass days count only as consecutive days. For example, you purchase 3 days pass and use it on Monday and Wednesday, which means it has used 3 days.
