The complimentary airport transfer is available only for the pass holders included in the same Istanbul E-pass reservation. No additional passengers may join the transfer beyond the number of guests covered by the pass. For example, if your Istanbul E-pass is valid for 3 people, a 4th passenger cannot be accommodated in the complimentary transfer.
