How does Istanbul E-pass Saving Guarantee Work?

Istanbul E-pass offers a cost-effective alternative to purchasing individual attraction tickets. Your plans may change, you may visit fewer attractions than expected, miss an opening time, arrive late for an activity, or simply decide to take a more relaxed trip.

After your trip, we calculate the total regular admission price of the attractions you visited, based on the prices listed on our attractions page. If this total is lower than the price you paid for your pass, we refund the difference within 10 business days of your application. Reserved attractions are counted as used unless they are canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Your Istanbul E-pass can be activated anytime within 1 year of purchase. If your plans change and you do not use your pass or visit any attractions, you can cancel it without penalty and receive a full refund within a year of the purchase date.

Any existing reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to qualify for a full refund.
