How does Istanbul E-pass Saving Guarantee Work?

Istanbul E-pass offers a cost-effective alternative to individual entrance fees for top attractions in Istanbul. You might feel tired and visit fewer sites than planned, miss an attraction’s opening hours, arrive late for an activity, or decide to visit only a couple of places and skip the rest.

We only calculate the entrance gate fees for the attractions you used, which are listed on our attractions page. If it is less than the amount you paid to use, we will reimburse the difference up to 10 business days after your application.Please remember that reserved attractions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance of being counted as used.

Istanbul E-pass can be activated within 1 year of purchase for no attraction users. If your plans change and you don't get to utilize your pass, you can cancel it without penalty. Our policy allows for non-used pass refunds up to twı year from the purchase date. Reserved attractions should be canceled at least 24 hours before the reservation date.
