How to Buy and Use Istanbul E-pass
Select the number of travelers during checkout. One device can manage passes for an individual, couple, family, or group. Day-based passes are counted by calendar day and must be used on consecutive days; they are not separate 24-hour periods.
Attractions use three main access methods:
- Guided tours: join the scheduled guide at the stated meeting point and show the E-pass ID.
- Walk-in attractions: show the E-pass ID or generate the required QR code from the customer panel.
- Reservation-required attractions: complete the booking through the customer panel before the stated deadline.
The pass can help visitors avoid ticket-purchase lines, but security checks cannot be skipped. Public transportation is not automatically included; the separate Istanbul Transportation Card can be booked at a discounted rate.
